This site is owned and operated by FotoEvent . Your use of this website and any materials available herein identifies that you agree to the following terms of use (hereinafter referred to ?Terms of Use?).  If you do not agree to these terms then you should leave this website immediately (hereinafter referred to as ?Site?, not use any of the materials available herein, and/or not subscribe to this service.

1. "Materials? on FotoEvent shall constitute and be defined as any files, images, animations, photographs, or text available on FotoEvent.
   
   
2. All Materials downloaded from FotoEvent is licensed to you by FotoEvent  Downloading these Materials does not transfer any title from these Materials to you, or any intellectual property rights therein to you. 
   
   
3. You may under no circumstances redistribute or sell this content at any time, and it is illegal to duplicate, download, or distribute any Materials from FotoEvent except for your use, which is subject to the Usage Guidelines.
   
4. The design and layout, as well as all Materials provided on the Site, or of any other website owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by or associated with FotoEvent, is protected by the United States and International law and other intellectual property proprietary rights and may not be copied or imitate in whole or in part.
    

LIMITATION OF WARRANTY.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, IF ANY, THAT IS ATTACHED TO THE SITE, FotoEvent MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCT OR THE RELATED DOCUMENTATION AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW THE SITE IS DELIVERED "AS IS." IN NO EVENT WILL FotoEvent OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, LICENSERS, SUPPLIERS OR DISTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, ECONOMIC, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR MATERIALS, EVEN IF FotoEvent HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL LIABILITY OF FotoEvent OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, LICENSERS, SUPPLIERS OR DISTRIBUTORS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING THIS SITE, OR PURCHASING OR DOWNLOADING PRODUCTS FROM THIS SITE. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this Site, copies and related documentation thereof. In addition, FotoEvent reserves the right to terminate this Site without notice.

De aankoop van het materiaal betekent echter niet dat u de wettige eigenaar bent nog de rechtenhouder van het beeldmateriaal. Het is wel toegestaan het beeldmateriaal te gebruiken indien elders is overeengekomen. Foto Event blijft rechtmatige eigenaar.

Bestellen:
Bestellingen geschieden via onze website www.fotoevent.be
Nadat u uw bestelling heb geplaatst doormiddel van het bestel menu zal uw bestelling worden verwerkt. U zal van ons een bericht per mail ontvangen met daarin de bevestiging van uw aankoop en de betalings methode.Wij behouden ons het recht voor om een bestelling zonder opgaaf van redenen te weigeren.

Uw bestelling(en):
Uw bestelling met fotomateriaal wordt met de hoogst mogelijke zorgvuldigheid verwerkt. Mocht er toch iets niet helemaal goed zijn gegaan, neemt u dan direct contact met ons op d.m.v. het contactformulier volledig in te vullen en te versturen. Wij zullen u dan via email -berichten om uw bestelling naar juistheid af te handelen.

Retourneren:
Alle het bestelde fotomateraal kan niet worden retourgezonden of geruild. Indien de bestelling  is verzonden nadat de betaling door ons is ontvangen zal FotoEvent niet verplicht zijn het gekochte materiaal terug te nemen, te ruilen nog het betaalde bedrag te retourneren.

Prijzen:
De getoonde prijzen zijn inclusief maar onder voorbehoud van tussentijdse wijzigingen en typefouten.

Betaling en levering:
Betaling geschiedt door middel van een betaling via paypal. Hoe u de betaling kunt doen staat vermeld op de bevestiging die u heeft ontvangen via email.Op het moment dat bij ons het totaalbedrag van uw bestelling binnen is zal er naar uw een email bericht worden verstuurd met de gegevens zoals een  login naam, en wachtwoord en het adres waar u het bestelde fotomateriaal kunt downloaden. Het is dan ook zeer belangrijk dat u die gegevens altijd bewaard op een veilige plaats voor toekomstige bestellingen.

Wel geldt dat:
De werken die u hier bekijkt zijn auteursrechtelijk beschermd en mogen niet zonder aankoop worden gebruikt op welke manier dan ook. Na het kopen van de werken bent u gemachtigd deze te gebruiken zelfs voor commerciële doeleinde. Doorverkoop is niet toegstaan zonder toestemming van de auteur(s) of distributeur(s).
